Every batter, curd, ganache and jam is built in-house from raw ingredients. No bases, no premade shells, no shortcuts.

European-style 84% butterfat butter, single-origin chocolate, local eggs, real vanilla beans, fruit at peak season.

Orders close Sunday at 4:00 p.m. Our team completes each scratch-made order for shipping on Monday and Tuesday.
The chef
Thirty years, one obsession
Our founder began at seventeen, scaling flour before dawn in a hotel pastry kitchen. Three decades later — after fine-dining kitchens, competition medals and a shelf of regional awards — the ambition is smaller and sharper: a cookie so good it needs no explanation.
Every recipe on the menu was developed here, tested for months, and is still mixed by the same hands that wrote it.
